What is the Eastern Energy Expo?

Eastern Energy Expo is an annual expo and trade show that brings together wholesale and retail liquid fuel marketers, motor fuel distributors, diesel and biodiesel distributors, propane marketers and HVAC service professionals. It hosts informative business presentations, technical education programs, a two-day trade show and numerous networking opportunities.

Monday evening’s Hospitality Night/OESP Reception and Tuesday evening’s OESP Awards Banquet will be held at Harrah’s Resort.

Is there parking at the Convention Center?

There are 1,200 parking spaces on the first level of the Center (Garage height 7′) for attendees and exhibitors. In addition, numerous public lots and garages are within walking distance of the Center. Parking at the Convention Center is $20.

Is there Shuttle transportation to Convention Center?

Yes! Free shuttle transportation runs between Harrah’s Resort and the Convention Center.

What is the Registration Fee?

The Full Convention Registration Fee is $395 and includes access to more than 50 business sessions (Business and Technical Education tracks) and Wednesday’s Keynote Program as well as admission to the Trade Show. Additional company representatives are $25/person. Register before May 2 to take advantage of early bird registration savings of $50.

Technical Education Track Registration Fee includes access to Technical Education programs only. It is free for OESP members and $25/person for non-OESP members.

Non-Exhibiting Vendor Registration Fee is $250/person and is required for petroleum marketers that are a wholesale fuel supplier and not otherwise participating as a sponsor or exhibitor. This fee will be credited with a commitment to exhibit or sponsor at EEE 2026.

Every Attendee and Exhibitor must register for a badge. Only Exhibitors are permitted on the Exhibit Floor during set-up hours.

Can I register for EEE online?

Yes, and it is highly recommended that you register in advance online. You can avoid lines at the registration area by registering online. Click here.

When will attendee badges be mailed?

EEE does not mail badges in advance of the show. Pre-registered attendees can pick up their badges at the EEE Registration Desk at either the Convention Center (Monday thru Wednesday) or Harrah’s (Sunday/Monday only). Bring your confirmation email/barcode to print your badge.

Is there a cost to attend the Trade Show?

Admission to the Trade Show is FREE for qualified attendees. This includes petroleum marketers, petroleum distributors, HVAC contractors, oilheat technicians, C-Store marketers, HVAC supply houses and petroleum equipment contractors, students, instructors, drivers and plumbers.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Cancellation for attendee registration fees received prior to May 1 are subject to a cancellation fee of $75. There are no refunds for cancellations received after May 1. If you need to cancel, email registration@omnievent.com
